Responsibilities:
– Complete Welcome Calls to engage and greet new customers;
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
– Communicate clearly and effectively with customers;
– Educate customers regarding new product offerings;
– Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems; develop solutions and manage through to resolution;
– Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
-Excellent customer care skills;
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally;
-Professional attitude when dealing with customers;
-A clear and friendly telephone voice;
-Very good written and verbal communication skills (Swedish and English);
-Good computer skills and typing skills;
-Strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, and problem solving skills;
-Strong active listening skills – give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate.
